The song was written by Max Martin, Savan Kotecha, Ilya Salmanzadeh, Ali Payami and Tove Lo, and produced by Martin and Payami. It was released on 7 January 2015 as the second single from the soundtrack.

The video also includes footage from the film, as depiction of the relationship. The video begins with Goulding entering a house then begins singing. It switches to a car and a garage. She climbs the stairs, and she enters a room where a man stands. She walks in the room, whilst various scenes are shown of her and the man dancing. Goulding sings in the garage. She is then seen singing on the floor, lying down.
